“I start by making things, without knowing what they will become. Then, I start to observe them. After a while, I cannot make any distinction between what I do and what I observe. Photography is part of the work, it documents the sculpture, but it also registers that which I cannot see. This book is an attempt to reflect the duration of the process, its progress, and of all the accidents that constitute it”.
